Where my books are, and where they’re not
I just had a look over my Smashwords channel manager and realised how many places my books were available. Whilst the Diesel and Sony ebook stores have vanished into the digital ether, they have been adding lots of new channels over the last year and I had forgotten most of them until now.
Unfortunately some of these new ones are subscription services. Not a bad thing at all, but it does mean that unless I subscribe to them myself, I can’t promote a direct link to my book on their service, as it’s hidden behind the subscriber wall. So all I can say for these ones are “My books are there, but you have to search for them yourself.” Hardly ideal.
What I can say is POWERLESS is up and on Scribd and Flipkart. However I can’t link to Oyster and I can’t find the book on txtr (although my short story collection is up there).
When KILLING GODS is released it will go to these same channels, so if you’re a subscription service reader then you should be able to get it there on day of release.
Finally, some of you may have noticed I am not on Kobo, the reason for that can be found here.
