Life has begun
I’ve been quiet on here recently for reasons so dull I won’t bore you with them. However I will update you with what I’ve been doing that’s relevant to writing.
- I’m writing Powerless book #3, although I still want to trim the number of chapters down significantly. The difficult part is working out the best way to do so without losing the key elements I need to have in there.
- I’ve started work on the SF comedy novella idea I’ve been bouncing around for a while. Just experimenting with the best balance of the different types of comedy to keep it fresh throughout.
- I’ve also started work on some short stories I fancy gathering together into a collection. Writing the titular story right now, in between the other stuff.
You can publicly keep track of all of this courtesy of the progress trackers to your right, or as I like to call them, “The Bars Of Shame”. I’ll update them at least once a week, perhaps more if I get a good writing session in mid-week.
Oh and I’ve just come back from Edinburgh where I celebrated a milestone birthday that means I am now expected, nay, legally obliged, to order a Ferarri and a beautiful Russian wife from the internet.
I suppose I shall begrudgingly comply.
